Ethically farmed quail meat and eggs
As most of you are aware, our quail processing plant has been closed since Christmas.
We had hoped to have a definitive reopening date by now. However, due to serious and ongoing staffing issues, we have decided to automate our processing system. We are currently liaising with specialist equipment suppliers in Italy and China.
It is our intention to recommence supplying quail as soon as possible and we will provide updates across our social media channels as and when we have them.
We are working hard to get up and running again, hopefully with some additional products too. In the meantime, we really do appreciate your support and understanding whilst we streamline our production in order to be able to offer you the best possible service going forward.
Norfolk Quail is a delicious, ethically produced alternative to wild game or chicken and is available all year round.
These fabulous little eggs are both delicious and delicate, they’re great for serving in salads, starters or as canapés.
Our free-range hens produce eggs that are deliciously rich in flavour with a golden yolk naturally vibrant in colour.
