Conditions While a Bonus Is Active

- Only one bonus can be active.
- Buying a feature or a free-spin round is not permitted.
- A published list of slots is excluded from play.
- Games contribute at different rates, and some count less or not at all.
- A deposit bonus pays out at most 25 times its amount, and a sports bonus 10 times.
- A withdrawal requested before wagering ends forfeits the bonus and its winnings.
Withdrawals and Verification
Withdrawal processing usually takes 3 banking days after wagering, but payment channels, further checks or holidays may extend it. The minimum is £100 for bank, e-wallet and crypto, with one request per 24 hours, £1,000 a day and £10,000 a month. Funds return by the route they arrived. Identity checks apply once lifetime deposits exceed £2,000, on any withdrawal, or where activity looks unusual.
