This page summarises the rules you meet most often. It is a summary only: our general terms, our bonus rules and the wording published with each offer, all accepted at registration, take precedence wherever they differ from anything here.
Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to hold an account. We allow one account per person, household, e-mail address, phone number and IP address. The details you give must match your documents. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus on them removed.
Bonuses
Each welcome stage is claimed before you play with the deposit it applies to. The four slots stages carry 10x wagering, the three sports stages 5x, the three weekly slots reloads 20x and the two sports reloads 7x. Single bets are limited to £2 while a slots bonus is active. A deposit bonus pays out at most 25x its amount, and a sports bonus at most 10x. Only one bonus runs at a time. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and the winnings from it. Buying an in-game bonus, feature or free-spin round is not allowed while a bonus is active, and a published list of slots is excluded from bonus play. Games contribute at different rates, and some count less or nothing at all.
Withdrawals
Requests are processed within 3 banking days and only after wagering is complete. The minimum is £100, the daily limit £1,000 and the monthly limit £10,000, with one request per 24 hours. Money returns by the route it arrived on.
